1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration and Management

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

bet7ph accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), Philippine bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank), over-the-counter deposits at 7-Eleven convenience stores, Coins.ph wallet transfers, and cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20). All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and transaction reversal.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Account balances remaining inactive for more than 24 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly dormancy fee of ₱200 PHP or 5% of the remaining balance, whichever is less, until the account is reactivated or the balance is depleted. 14. Disclaimers and Warranties

While bet7ph employs security measures to protect user data and funds, we cannot guarantee absolute security against all threats. You acknowledge that internet-based gaming involves inherent risks, and you use bet7ph services at your own risk.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bet7ph, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, whether arising in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, even if bet7ph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bet7ph's total aggregate liability for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bet7ph account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or ₱10,000 PHP, whichever is less.

16. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from or related to your use of bet7ph services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16.2 Internal Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with bet7ph, you must first contact our customer support team in writing, describing the nature of the dispute and the relief sought. bet7ph will investigate your complaint and respond within 14 calendar days.
